For Mylee's preschool they do a field trip once a month this month we went to the fish farm! Mylee invited her cousins Emily and Allie to come along with us!

Mylee holding her first catch! She was so brave to hold it, and she did really well. She really liked holding it until it wiggled and then she threw it on the ground and was a little nervous after that.

Well they clean and fillet the fish for you which is awesome, so when we were done we came home and cooked them up for dinner. They tasted great! The day was tons of fun the kids loved it, mylee actually caught a fish all by herself she was just playing around dipping her fishing line in and out of the water and actually caught a fish she was so excited. Thanks Amber and girls for coming with us!

Oh, we love the fish farm! Jeff grew up just down from it and would go there all of the time! What fun that the girls could all go together. Mylee is so cute!
Thanks for inviting us. The girls had so much fun. Yes, I know that you use me for my culinary skills but that is okay.

FUN! This reminds me of a picture we have of Erin when she was probably 3 or 4 after one of her first fishing trips and she is holding two dead fish by the tails... but with a tissue so that she didn't really have to touch the fish...
